Thanks Karen, your lovely reflection, is definitely sentiments echoed by myself, and no doubt, countless others!
Since the tragic news, I’ve tried switching off the TV when I spot ‘media/news’ reports, for I don’t wish to hear anymore slander! Are people in society, this ignorant??? Where’s the empathy???
Michael gave everything to the world, and always, from his heart….his music, his time and his genorosity to anyone in need…what he gave to children, was what many children only dream of, fun, excitement & adventure! His home living-proof that his own desires & imagination, were to be shared & enjoyed! Those who tried to tarnish this with ‘dirt’, ARE the dirt, and we owe it to Michael, his family & fans, to honour the gifts that were so freely given to us.

Remember the time…..and remember Michael!

Funny thing about advice from moms is that good or bad it is always remembered. You are so good to instill confidence and wisdom in her now. What a great gift she will always remember.
Also tell her what I used to tell folks with my extensions “I brought them so I own them, they ARE mine!”
Those same folks will not be with you when you need them but moms hang in there unconditionally!

I know I’m late responding to this, but I definitely feel you on this blog. It’s crazy to think along with making her daughter Precious cook while downgrading her AND her grandchild, the mother had a serious case of amnesia. How can any mother allow her daughter to suffer like that and forget it ever happened? Mindboggling.

I haven’t seen the movie and I don’t think I’m really interested in seeing it. Sadly, there are some women who choose to put a man over their child. It doesn’t make any sense to me but I guess that’s the reality of part of the world we live in.

A really good person to talk to about abuse is fellow Diva, Jaisun, who wrote her own book about it. Even celebrities go through “stuff” like that.
