The Importance of Practice

There’s a sign on the employee entrance of a local steakhouse restaurant that reads: “Perfect practice makes perfect.”  Not practice makes perfect.  Perfect practice makes perfect.  I found it an interesting post because it reminded me of something athletes already know.
